A winning formula

After Macclesfield Town FC folded in 2020, it was taken over by a local businessman Rob Smethurst who

bravely invested a large amount of his own money into the club. Teaming up with Robbie Savage, the club

has grown from strength to strength thanks to the vision of the management team. As official print partners,

Spiral Colour worked closely with the club to develop a full suite of graphics for the new venture. This included

interior led illuminated signs, sponsorship boards all around the pitch and outward facing 3d signage

around the perimeter. The result has been incredible and the club have been promoted in their first year of trying.

The deadlines were very tight in order to be ready for the 2021 season but we did it on time and on budget.

We are particularly pleased with the LED signage promoting the state of the art gymnasium and the fabulous

new lounge and bar - Bar Twenty Seven.

As the ongoing print partner we look forward to sharing in the future success of this great new football club.
